I’m Jordan, your design facilitator and coach.
I help individuals and couples navigate transitions and decisions using design thinking.

Should I stay put or move cities?
How do I balance money and passion?
How do I approach the next big phase of life?
Should I alter my career path?
…
What’s yours?
What is design thinking and why does it matter?
Design thinking is an iterative creative process popularized by Stanford’s design school. It consists of frameworks that empower us to better define problems, generate solutions, and then test our assumptions. For decades now it’s been the driving force behind your favorite products and it can be applied to your life!
In addition to helping us reframe problems, realize false dichotomies, and find energizing ways forward — design thinking exercises improve our relationship to making “scary” personal decisions. Getting into a creative mode helps our brains switch out of anxious-overthinking, because being generative requires presence of mind.

“Being creative is the opposite of anxiety.”
- Martha Beck, Sociology PhD and renowned coach
About Me
I studied art and architecture at Harvard, before building a career in product and design. I worked at Capital One and Facebook, founded a product studio, and was employee #1 at a successful AI start-up. In 2023, I realized I was running on fumes and my health was deteriorating. I’d been sprinting towards an elusive achievement finish line for a decade without a clear why.
I hit pause to evaluate my relationship to productivity and purpose. What I'd initially conceived of as a quick re-charge, evolved into an expansive multi-year experimentation. I underwent a "de-programming" from intense hustle culture and embraced curiosity as a compass — redefining success as self-awareness vs. output. I’ve iterated my way into deep practices in painting, investing, and design facilitation.
I’m now committed to helping others design their way through uncertainty in a judgement-free and joyful environment.
Current Offering
Based on your application, I’ll reach out for an introductory call.
If we’re a good mutual fit, I like to start with (3) 60-minute sessions spaced over a month. We’ll need space between our meetings to reflect and iterate. I’ll be available for texts and check-in’s throughout.
The work is tailored to you, but a rough roadmap looks like this:
Clarifying your decision
Generating and weighing options
Devising experiments
